Once again, Joey & his team showed up and removed some large limbs that were becoming a hazard from our oak tree. Joey started with a free inspection and confirmed the tree itself was healthy but a few limbs had a disease and were the reason they were dropping. Luckily he did some swift scheduling to get back out for the tree work because the limbs were becoming a hazard in our drive and yard. So thankful to have Advance Tree & Shrub as our trusted resource!
Advance Tree and Shrub were wonderful. They responded quickly through Yelp for my need for a certified Arborist. They arranged a time within a day or two. Came and looked at my Nellie Stevens Holly trees and diagnosed the damaged ones as damaged by a Yellow Belly Sapsucker woodpecker. There were holes all in the trunks that I didn't notice. They did a great job quickly diagnosing my tree problems and helped me look at the rest of the trees in my yard and gave me great advice. Great company!
Above & Beyond! Joe is so pleasant, professional and kind. Always takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer any questions. We had an unrelated issue with our dog today and without us asking, he stayed and waited till we got home from work to ensure our dog was tended to. Consistent with the man and service we've always received from Advanced Pest Control/Tree & Shrub!
Service was done in a timely and professional manner and DJ is always good at explaining what he is doing.
