Beware they are SCAMMERS. My husband was hit by a driver and PBPD had them tow our truck. The next day we went over and were asked if we wanted to sign it over for our insurance to pick up. My husband was not at fault and the vehicle was totaled so I signed the release. We removed everything on Sept 29(1 day after the accident).
