Truckers be aware management are rude. They’ll take your paperwork and assign you a dock just to find yourself sitting at least 2 Hrs before they assign unloading team . A big plus to the workers who are working on unloading Tires one by one manually in Florida weather with all Dock doors open wide and NO AC, just fans and on top of that the smell of the rubber can choke you 20 feet away. Actually I don’t know how OSHA allows this.
I’ve had a great experience with this tire company. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable, and the service is always quick and efficient. Johnathan in particular provided fast, professional help and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines great pricing with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
