Horrible experience. I got my work order for an MRI and an X-Ray. I had called on June 25 stated wht i needed and complied with all that was asked of me including work orders and emails of the work orders. Afetr 4 weeks i called and they stated that they have not received the authorixarion form Health Insurance. I call the Insurance company and they state that they dont have any request. Low and behold, i get the clearance and now i call ATR for an appointment. They schedule two appointments since they cant fit me in on the ... read more
The only reason it's one star is because It makes you in order to leave a review. I made an appointment, they called to reschedule, we did then they called the day before to reschedule again. Here it is appointment day again. Time of appointment 11:30am. Time of arrival 11:15. Here it is now 1:00pm and I'm still waiting. WORST PLACE EVER.... THEY GET PAID TO SIT AROUND HERE ALL DAY. I DON'T
Nunca vayan a este luegar me dieron cita, llegue luego de larga espera no tengo deducible y aunque no tengo deducible segun la recepcionita tengo que firmar obligatoriamente un documemto donde acepto pagar si no voy a la cita, y no me atendieron por una cita en el futuro eso ridiculo. NO RECOMENDADO SE VE QUE ACOSTUMBRAN A HACER A TODO. NO PIERDAN SU TIEMPO
