We are an older complex of four villa units and came to Advance Strata Consulting after our previous strata management company closed down. Having them has been the best option for us. We understand that every strata scheme is different, with varying numbers of units, building types, and unique challenges. For our needs, Advance Strata Consulting has been a great fit. A special mention to Leo, who is an efficient and responsive strata manager. He communicates clearly, follows up promptly, and is always helpful when issues ar... read more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have been using Advance Strata Consulting to manage our neighbourhood body corporate for quite some time now, and our experience has been excellent. Their service has always been professional, friendly and completely hassle-free. Their fees are very reasonable, and they are always prompt in responding to our requests. Whenever we have raised maintenance issues, they have been organised and attended to very quickly, which we really appreciate. It’s refreshing to deal with a strata management company that is responsiv... read more
Absolutely woeful. They took management of the estate where I live in April. It is now August and I haven't heard anything from them (hadn't even been informed that they were the new management). Tried four times to reach out to them so that I can receive AGM details and fee information, no response.
recent dealings with advance strata have been great, responsive to queries and willingness to help
Advance Strata Consulting have efficiently managed our Brighton townhouses for 10 years now. At all times they have communicated and responded quickly, courteously and clearly. We value their expertise and advice. Special shout-out to Michael Lee who helped us navigate through and resolve a recent issue of plumbing damage to our property caused by a fire incident in a nearby neighbour. Would recommend ASC to anyone seeking a professional and competent body corporate manager.
