Horrible front desk don’t know nothing needs to get fire . Attitude on a 10000
I wanna share my experience today when I needed information about making an appointment for an extraction. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional when handling my information. The receptionist does not know how to retrieve files and she couldn't tell me the name of the dentist I saw prior at this exact location. I shared with with her I'm giving birth and need an appointment soon after. I do plan on reaching out to cooperate about this employee.
My sister had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The dentist was rushed, also made me feel like I was just another dallor in there pocket instead of a patient who deserved proper care. To make things worse, the office manager was extremely unprofessional when I tried to address the issues. Instead of listening, she was defensive and rude, which only added to the frustration. Between the lack of care from the dentist and the poor attitude from management, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good dentist! , took care of my teeth ans did an awesome job BUT its very very hot in the office!!!! I think they need air conditioning!!
