I gave 2 stars out of COURTESY. I really want to give this place 1 star but the dentist I had for my appointment was nice and informative. I scheduled with this place as a new patient and was RESCHEDULED LAST MINUTE TWICE! I was then told I had cavities and to come back to fill them which I was okay with. I got a call with an estimate of the cost for my cavities I was ok with and scheduled. Now they called me to remind me of my appointment TWICE and I confirmed TWICE with them. I recently visited Advance smile dental office for wisdom teeth removal, and I had an excellent experience. I find Dr. Presha highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. The clinic was spotless, adhering to all cleanliness and safety standards. I am grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Presha to anyone in need of dental services!
This place is the worst , Went to get my teeth cleaned and it was horrible I was rushed! And my teeth was worst after the cleaning I still feel stuff between my teeth, the dentist was rude he was in such a rushed the cleaning was poor he scraped between my teeth so hard my mouth was sore the next day.very rude and unprofessional hygienist/dentist he keep talking and I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I will never go back there ever! Just terrible experience!
