I didn't know where to start but after reading the reviews I do. Please remember there is a difference between the man that does the repair and the warranty company that approves (disapproves) the repairs. I had / have a home warranty, Cinch / Total Protect. Total Protect doesn’t always mean total. They sent someone out from Sears Home Services and it was basically a two-week fiasco that resulted with my claim being denied.
