Absolutely the worst Psychiatry practice ever. They do not care whatsoever about the patient. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The whole staff. No one is ever there to answer the phone in the office or calls patients back. In regards to medication they could care less about the patients actual condition. I waited over 2 hours for my telephone appointment and the provider was extremely rude to me. Was very negative towards me as well.
Bottom of the barrel. Only good is Michaela psych nurse practitioner & Khizra the therapist. The people who work the front desk are nice people. Be careful who you choose to see through this facility because some of them DO NOT have patients best interest in mind.
Lone the experience . Dr is amazing A very helpful and a friendly staff
Dr Aqueel is one of the best doctor in the town, good service overall.
