I had a text message showing my appointment was at 9:45 and went into the office at 9:35. The woman at the desk told me they had no appointment for me so I showed her the text. She immediately turned it back on me and kept repeating “What do you want me to do about it?” I had to come up with the solution: a phone appointment later. Excellent service by the working staff They are happy to hear the issue out and solve things quickly. Dr.Khan and therapists along with front desk staff are of great help.

Don’t not go to this place. They won’t give you your meds they don’t know much about chronic regional pain syndrome and I wanted to leave them and the therapist knew the reason why I was really having to go there. That I really didn’t need to be there anymore and they ended up telling my dr no I do and not to give my meds to me and they have flagged me. So watch out. That’s what they do. Absolutely the worst Psychiatry practice ever. They do not care whatsoever about the patient. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The whole staff. No one is ever there to answer the phone in the office or calls patients back. In regards to medication they could care less about the patients actual condition. I waited over 2 hours for my telephone appointment and the provider was extremely rude to me. Was very negative towards me as well.
