I was fortunate to have this as my property manager for six years. Jesse was always helpful, responsive, and cheerful. I could not have been more pleased with him, his courteous nature, and his ever present cooperation. I have dealt with numerous property managers over the years, and none were better than this him. He was always fair & quick to help. I speak from experience when I say you couldn't find a better property manager.

Should have read these reviews sooner. Jesse Sletteland is a terrible communicator. I do not recommend him at all. Advance Property Management is not the place to conduct your business stay away.
I'm not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. My experience with Advanced Realty and Jesse was terrific from start to finish. His company managed a house that I rented for 3 months. He was always quickly available when I needed help and I had several emergencies that he saw to quickly and efficiently. Now I need a manager to help me rent my mom's home and I will seek him out.
Horrible! From the moment I signed my lease to the moment I gave my 30 day notice, having any contact with Jesse was like reviving a dead body! He never responded. However, once I gave my 30 day notice it got even worse. My walk through was less than 10 minutes. He was in a rush because he was leaving the states on vacation. He said, and I quote, "just fix this one spot on the carpet, clean and wash windows. That is all we're looking for" so that is what I did. Including much more!
