Advance Plumbing and Heating was great! Our main water line was plugged and Donovan worked and worked to break through the plug and was successful! Yesss! ( : The whole office was great and caring. Very friendly and cost-effective
Our water heater decided to go suddenly. We called them and got a quote within minutes and a replacement the same day. Devin, who did the replacement, did a wonderful job and educated us along the way. Pricing was as expected. We were grateful there wasn't a same day or emergency type fee for our request. I called about a leak under my sink and figured I wouldn’t get an appointment until next week. There was availability the same day, and I asked about getting another job done (replacing faucets), too. Joe showed up on time. He was polite and patient with my dog. He fixed the leak and said he could replace my faucets right then as well. (I had the faucets already, I just needed them installed.). I then asked him to quote me for another job.
