No! No sir! APC employee wouldn't/couldn't move beyond his implicit bias. On his word I was denied the service I so desperately needed. Very very old standing roof water did not produce one insect. Subsequently shaved my head due to the insects that don't exist laying eggs in my natural hairstyle. The circumstances alone support and prove the fact that your technician lied. The next day an unbiased exterminator confirmed active infestation. 🤬
