The most inattentive and unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. In October of 2024, I found an online article unknowingly published about me which contains false information. I contacted the author (twice before a response) via email in an attempt to “unpublish” that section of the article. She told me that she passed it onto the editor, who had passed it onto the publisher.
