Crew was not organized. Two of the three man crew were very young and appeared inexperienced. They did not know how to carry furniture down the stairs, resulting in damage to the walls above the stairwell. All (but one bed) of my wooden furniture was scratched, scraped, & damaged. One piece was completely broken. They put boxes in the rooms & garage willy nilly. I would never recommend them.

My husband and I have used advanced two times. In both occasions we have been truly pleased with their professionalism. They Arrived Before Their Appointed Time And Loaded Snd Unloaded With Extreme care. I would recommend this company We will definitely use them again. Engaged Advance Moving to load trailer for us. Paid the price for professional people to load our belongings which we had packed. Purchased furniture blankets for larger items, i.e. dressers, desks. when furniture was delivered and we unloaded found furniture blankets folded up sitting on floor of trailer. Both dressers, desk and buffet have scratches in top and sides and small dresser has an additional deep gouge. Bookcases ruined. Glass table tops broken (they were wrapped by us prior to move).
