My partner and I stayed here last night. This venue let us book at short notice. After a long drive, we were about to check in late. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The staff are all friendly and helped make our stay an enjoyable one.

I am highly disappointed with the service at this venue. 24 hr advertised check in was not available one we arrived despite the sign still being on the road. We were hung up on three times when we tried to call, and when we were finally answered we were rudely told no and were refused any further help. Although the website says 24 hour check in available online (and is the main selling point), he says “no, we are closed.” Wouldn’t return even if the other option was sleeping on a bench outside maccas.

Great to have a lock box when you arrive out of hours... Room was clean & was a pleasant to stay...

Monty was a very pleasant and professional and came out after hours to help with a bug problem at the door of our room which was no fault of management. My friend had a physical disability and we found the rim that was specific to his needs ect all his needs specifically the high toilet and shower facilities. Would have been good if we had seperate beds but that’s just being picky!
