My therapist Amal has been by my side for years. We laugh now because I was so hesitant to start therapy. Amal was very patient and understanding to my hesitation to begin therapy but with the passing of my mom and unhealthy marriage, she knew when to push and when to let me come into my own. She is very skilled at recognizing my weakness and does an amazing job at guiding me on my journey of learning to be on my own.

Very professional, very personable and they care. Amal is my counselor for the last 2years, and it has made a significant change in my outlook on life and dealing with some anxiety. The therapy has also expanded my ability to handle my new profession as a preacher. I highly recommend this facility, they’re incredibly helpful and accommodating here. In specific I would like to recommend Andy, I’ve been seeing him for a little over a year now and I can say my life has changed for the better. It’s a slow process at first. In order for it to work you need to want change, like, truly want it. I’ve seen other therapists who just seem to nod their heads and agree with everything you say until the hour is up - which is fine, that’s their style and I’m not one to judge.
