I had sessions on the emsella chair and I highly recommend it! It has improved my pelvic floor health greatly and could feel the difference within the first few sessions. I am back to being able to workout to my full potential at the gym! I was comforted knowing I was getting treatment from a medical professional. Dr Shika talked through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. The staff at the clinic are very friendly too.

I tried emsella because I was living with the feeling of constantly needing to urinate when my bladder was in actuality, totally empty- very frustrating after five sessions on the emsella when i use the bathroom its because my bladder is truly full, after a lifetime of false signals this is incredibly satisfying As an added bonus I started to feel a very strong awareness of my pelvic floor muscles switching on for the very first time.
