Unprofessional, No responsible. Stay away from this store. If you are thinking of installing an AC unit, don't go with this guy. If you don't know anything about AC, this guy will rip you up. They never show up on time and they don't take any responsibility after installation. Even if they make the appointment, they wouldn't show up and no phone call at all. They seem not to know how to take care of customers.
