Sold my 5-acre river property through Advance Land and Timber with my good friend, Carwin Owens. His presentation of our property on his website was outstanding. He's knowledgeable, competent, and honest as he can be. He then found me 130 acres in Bedford County, VA and helped me secure it with the seller.
