Took wife’s Suburban in this week for oil change and have other fluids checked. Michael, the service person, was polite, got other free person busy changing oil. Air filter was trash on engine and cabin filter was as bad as I have ever seen. Changed both. The other fluid levels were good except radiator. I checked it last Nov before heading to cold country on vacation and put in new coolant to get to below freezing. Looked clean and fairly clear. 1st time there, loved the quick in and out and the explanation of what I truly needed without adding things I don't
Wonderful excellent service
I am very disappointed with my service when I arrived I did ask the young man if they topped all the fluids to the vehicle and he said yes. Well as I am looking at my receipt I am looking at a service check list and I know for a fact that some of those items did not get checked. There was no windshield wiper fluid added or my tires were not checked. I honestly don’t think they checked any of my other fluids.
