I had had an absolutely beautiful experience going through advanced jewellers to get my fiances wedding band re-sized after going through an ordeal elsewhere! Helen has been so incredibly helpful, her caring nature and compassion has honestly blown me away. This just goes to show that when you put your faith in small business and local people the whole experience becomes magical. And to you Helen, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are the real Gem here ❤

Called to enquire about a rose good necklace, was told by the store “try google”. Um, yes I did try that already, and couldn’t find what I needed. Which is why I called to speak to a jeweller - but apparently there aren’t any at this shop.

Helen was an absolute joy to deal with. I had my rose gold engagement ring resized and it was the fastest turn around I barely noticed the ring was gone. Other jewellers had quoted 1-2 weeks but thanks to having their own workshop they did it in 48 hours! Very reasonable price and the ring now fits perfectly and was sparkling on return. Helen also gave me some extra care tips to avoid losing stones in the future and keeping the ring looking it’s best. She also had some great ideas about styles for a wedding band to match.
