We actually closed!! yea After our realtor worked so hard to get the price we wanted on a foreclosure purchase/shortsale we were so excited. Then after getting the title search found out about what a cloud on a title meant. We had no idea what to do. Alpha Omega was handling the title work and got everything worked out and we were able to close. If you want a stress free closing call this place right here thks a bunch
