Save yourselves the trouble! We had a very bad experience with this agency. Poor communication & service. They were always a step behind (we were told they'd call us but we had to call them repeatedly to get anywhere). Staff completely missed appointments with no communication. We couldn't resolve that because no one would answer at the office nor return calls (for days). I have used many Home Health agencies for may grandmother, in the past. This is the best Home Health angency we found, thank the Lord! I Love the service they provide to my grandmother, always on time, and they all go out of their way for her. Advance Home Health is a blessing from God.
