Extremely poor communication and dangerous delays in care. Advance Home Health was assigned to arrange urgent in-home services for my mother after discharge, but despite repeated calls and providing her updated address and my contact information, they failed to schedule any care. They continued contacting her old phone number and never followed through on promised callbacks. Do not recommend, they never show up and go on vacation instead of taking care of patients. They don’t answer their phones when called and have nobody to help.
