I called to establish a new HHA contract for my father. And before I could even start talking about my fathers needs the rep stopped the convo because my fathers insurance would not cover enough billable hours. WE WERE GOING TO PAY DIRECT!! It’s company’s like this that worry more about the money then the care of the individual. This behavior is what gives HHA’s a bad name. I definitely would not recommend leaving the care of your loved ones to this company.
