Jimmy (physiotherapist) has helped me regain strength and mobility in my shoulder as well as strength and control in my core after years of neglect from chronic sitting. After injuring my back, he has helped me slowly recover and rebuild my hips and core to prevent future injury and to help me improve my squat and deadlift form.
