THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR! THERE TURNOVER RATE IS THE HIGHEST I'VE EVER HEARD OF! THEY ONLY PROMOTE WHO THEY LIKE. THE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY DOES NOT LIKE ANY PRETTY WOMAN. THE VICE-PRESIDENT AND THE OPERATIONS MANAGER HAVE A SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP INSIDE OF THE OFFICE. THE HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER IS RACIST. THE OWNERS KNOW NOTHING OF THE TRIFLING ACTS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS GOING ON. I HAVE A CASE WITH THE BBB AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
No much..working with the IPad for exams was nice, but software needs improvement..not that the company listens to suggestions from the providers completing exams:( The worst thing about the company was the scheduling. The manager did nothing to correct the poor scheduling either, except to say the provider needed to be flexible. One patient every 2 to 3 hours driving one hour between patients isn't reasonable or cost effective. There are other companies offering better scheduling with the same or higher pay. Great place to work. Fast paced, company is growing, and lots of opportunities to grow professionally. The environment is wonderful - everyone is focused on client delivery and people are always willing to help.
I am nothing short of AWED by this company. They are thorough, friendly, and communicate in a very mature,complete fashion. My insurance company had sent another vendor to my home last year. They said that they were the "biggest" in the industry. Well, they showed up late, stayed only about 20 minutes, and never put together the pieces of my health puzzle.
