Made an appointment with them for 12:30 and the day of the appointment I get a phone call asking if the worker can come over around 830, when I’m getting everyone out the door. Then later calls again saying that he will be in Kankakee at my appointment time and will need to push my appointment back to 2. When I called the office to speak to someone, the worker was very rude to the point where I just said to cancel the whole appointment and I’ll be going with someone else, to which he said no problem bye and slammed the phone... read more
Evaluation of the problem (broken hinge on a frameless glass shower door) and the proposal to fix the issue were done in a timely manner. There were no hidden costs and there was complete honesty on what would be the best options. The tech sent out to repair the shower door was experienced, efficient, and did an outstanding job.
