Call to get a quote for removal advise my name and business name he states hes not in the mood for a sales call ? (We are a local repair shop ) Then I ask for pricing on a window removal he states he can not give one and I ask availability then he says we are just to busy. Does not give me a price or time available to schedule.... We have been in business in Olympia for 37 years. This is now how I expected my phone call to schedule glass to go.
The service provided by this business as been nothing but excellent. Super friendly interaction and professionally addressed my needs. Our rear glass was smashed by vandalism and the owner got my parts overnight and gave me an appointment the very next day. Out of a total of six other places I got quotes from, this company had the best offer. The work was clean and qualitative.
