Great experience... from initial in home consultation to installation! I highly recommend Advance Glass. Love our new heavy plate shower door.
I am reasonable when it comes to expectations for custom work, but this company has failed on so many levels. 1) getting an estimate: I called on May 16th 2013 to schedule an estimate. I was given a two day window in which they would come the following week. Not even a single day or half day. 2) measure twice cut once. During the estimate Bill F took measurements and have us a quote. All seemed ok at this point.
