I have been a member of Advance Fitness for many many years. This gym is welcoming to all - regardless of age, ability or fitness level - you will be welcome by the most amazing staff. With the option of gym only, gym and classes or gym classes and sauna - it has it all. The instructors are friendly, extremely motivating and highly professional. Advance Fitness is a great gym. It’s really friendly and my PT Daele is great, she keeps me really motivated and helps me stick to my program. I love that there are so many group fitness classes to choose from. The range of yoga classes is great too, the teachers are amazing

I really love the vibe at Advance Fitness in Mandurah. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I'm not really a gym kind of person, but this space in so welcoming. I feel at home here
