Nothing lower than one. A horrible place customer service.,screw came out and put one in that doesn’t belong and could have put my eye out. Now waiting over 2 months for replacement frames. And the refuse to refund me . Would not recommend this place too anyone !!! And they lie one day they say they have an office manager then they tell me they don’t have one . This place is a joke . Please go somewhere other than this place . Save yourself a hassle .

When I originally went to this office for my appointment, I was treated very nice and had no troubles. After I had received my trial pair of contacts, which remind you, I have worn contacts for 30 some years the doctor then said that I needed to come back to have the contacts approved so that he could order more contacts for me. Which would have been fine however they are only open until 2 o’clock Mondays and Fridays and every other Wednesday. I work Monday through Friday until 230.
