I visited with Dr. Betsy Nguyen in July for my cataracts. The exam process is quite extensive and thorough. She explained all the different options for surgery in great detail. She was very patient and answered all my questions. The whole procedure went smoothly. Also, I liked that her office was very clean and ran on time. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen's office to anyone!
I had cataract surgery with Betsy Nguyen in August of 2024. She never explained what went wrong. I had double vision, ghost images, blurring and bursts of light. However, when I went to another ophthalmologist, he said that she had torn the capsular bag which held the lens and that the lens was drifting toward my nasal cavity. Dr. Nguyen admonished me for worrying, told me corrective surgery was too risky and that I should learn to live with the horrible results. She also said if I didn't stop worrying, I would get cancer. Best eye doctor ever! I have chronic dry eyes and her prescriptions have given me much relief. Totally recommend her.
