All the staffs are very welcoming and accomodating.. from the front desk, optometric tech (Grace) she made us feel comfortable goimg through those machines for our eyes, the doctor (Dr. Hillis) she is very knowledgeable and very thorough in what she sees woth our exams. She ensured that we really understand what's going on with our eyes. Optician (Rav) was so helpful and patient with me, she explained aspects of choosing the best eyeglasses for my kind of vision. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Reimer, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Dr. Reimer took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam and answered all of my questions with patience and care.
