Horrible. One hour appointment. Then lost all my paperwork and had no idea I was ever a patient there when I came to pick up my glasse. She needs to retire

She is professional, thorough and caring with my children. Clear communication while she is examining our eyes.
She's nice. However, she's super unorganized, never answers the phone in her office and clearly never listens to her voice-mail because that thing is always full- so don't expect a call back.
