This review is long overdue, but Tony and his gang took amazing care of my '98 Audi A4 Wagon for the 4.5 years that I was living in Seattle. I highly recommend Advanced European to anyone who wants top-notch work done and great customer service. Satisfied customer – I am appreciative of the effort put into making sure my Jaguar runs perfectly after its regular maintenance was performed. Every aspect of the vehicle was inspected to insure it was without issue. This is a trustworthy maintenance and repair facility that will not attempt to sell a service that is not required. They offer a discount at Enterprise car rental - just 2 miles down the road - if a loaner vehicle is required. I will bring my vehicle back for regular maintenance or unexpected repair any time.
The Most Honest Auto Repair Shop – Thank you so much for the excellent care you've taken on both of our vehicles. Best service in town - especially for Mini Cooper owners! – I own a Mini Cooper, and after having other non-dealer garages work on my car (and make many mistakes), I thought I was relegated to driving an hour to Fife to teh dealer. Great Job! – My Audi is running great thanks to Tony and the Advanced European Team. Whenever I call they can get my Audi in within a day or so for oil changes and seem to be able to find any problems quickly. A great perk - they are on a major bus line. I can drop the car off in the morning and ride the bus to work and back to pick up the car at the end of the day. Thanks!
Best European Shop Around! – Advanced European is my Jetta's new best friend. They've got it purring again! I've found that with the testing facilities they have they can accurately pinpoint my car's problems and quickly get them resolved. No more guessing. There is no better place for auto service! – We've taken our 2002 BMW to Tony for years and continue to be impressed with the quality of service his team provides. They always go above and beyond what is necessary and stand fully behind their work. Hands down, the best experiences we've ever had with a mechanic shop. We've since moved out of Kenmore, but we continue to and always will make the drive up there for our auto service - it's more than worth it!
