Staff was so fast without making me feel rushed. They listened to my concerns and they made the whole experience feel comfortable and very easy. It’s a judge free zone and I like that.
After waiting over 5 hours at a hospital without being seen, we came to this clinic in Dallas and had a completely different experience. Within less than an hour, my father was seen, treated, and cared for with great professionalism. My daughter presented with an ear infection after swimming. They insisted on a urine sample and did a pregnancy test. She did not have x-rays or anything else done. The usual blood pressure, temperature, throat and ear check. We were sent on our way with a prescription for antibiotics. Our insurance was billed almost $8,000 and our portion is approximately $1,350. Needless to say this will be our last resort for future needs.
