I had an excellent experience at Advance ER – Park Cities. From the moment I walked in, Darcy at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process so easy. Dr. King was professional, thorough, and made sure all my questions were answered. Debbie RN took amazing care of me, Brandon the medic was attentive and efficient, and Irena the rad tech made the imaging process quick and comfortable. This ER is amazing! We've used them several times. Always quick, clean and courteous. Doctors are top notch and all the nurses are too. Kind, caring and compassionate. Do yourself a favor and skip the long lines at other ER's. Our insurance covered it ..... WOW.
