Please read this……I had a neck injury from an ATV accident. My concierge Doctor referred me to advanced ER. When I walked in, I couldn’t believe the cleanliness and welcome feeling presented.. The reception staff checked me in and had me admitted to the ER rm in minutes. Immediately the nursing staff and board certified doctor were all over me…..IV, pain meds and straight to the CT scan. Very nice waiting room and reception staff. The nurses and doctor were kind and professional. I was seen and treated promptly. I would recommend this ER to anyone.
The best ER visit I've ever had! The facility was very clean, the wait time was short, and everyone was attentive and truly listened to my concerns. I especially appreciate the two staff members who took care of me and Dr. Brian King for providing answers about my neck pain and prescribing medication to help. Thank you all for your professionalism, compassion, and excellent care. I highly recommend Advance ER!
