When I went to this ER the front desk nurse was very helpful the doctor was very helpful they was so kind at this place I would recommend anyone to go here I was very nervous for what I went for they made me feel comfortable and at ease I really thank them for their professionalism
Never had ER care like advance er ! Being new to the DFW area i didn’t know which ER to go to and Tik tok brought me here and the service was great and very well kept environment! Everyone was really nice and sweet, my daughter had to tag along and she had an amazing time chatting and keeping nurse Rosemary , Mel and Kim at the front desk company. Dr. Pettit was amazing ! Very attentive and knew exactly how to assess my needs

After waiting over 5 hours at a hospital without being seen, we came to this clinic in Dallas and had a completely different experience. Within less than an hour, my father was seen, treated, and cared for with great professionalism. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, but I want to give special recognition to Vallentella at the front desk she was outstanding.
