I went their all prepped and they wouldn’t allow me to take an uber they booked me 3 weeks later for march 14 i cancelled and wanted to reschedule they wouldn’t let me because i am doing it last minute but here is the thing the appt is on 14 I’m letting them know now on the 11th pure BS very unprofessional they just look at you as a number money make thats it count the cheque garbage service i was perfectly prepped the first time all BS now have to gi back to ky doctor and get another requisition to a different colonoscopy c... read more
Everyone was very friendly and professional, excellent service!
Dr. Berg and his staff provide excellent care. Everyone is professional and welcoming. Dr.Berg explains the procedures in great detail before hand and provides great supports after the procedure. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who requires a gastroscopy or a colonoscopy.
Long wait in lobby. Rough treatment with no compassion or friendliness, from the receptionist, after care nurse, and to the doctor. I did my best for the preparation and followed their strict guidelines but it was unsatisfactory according to the doctor.
