I recently had both an endoscopy and colonoscopy procedure, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received throughout the entire experience. Receptionist had garbage communication, otherwise every other person I spoke to was absolutely lovely! The nurse that placed my IV was such a pro that it really didn't hurt (and I'm scared of needles). Dr B and Dennis were awesome for the anesthesia part of it all, excellent communication. Lastly, the woman Dr who did my scope (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) was great with explaining things pre/post. Very professional, hardworking and very friendly team. I was in at my appointment time and done within 30 minutes. They gave the right amount of sedation so I was able to walk out quite normally.
