I have had very positive results from using Advance for several years now. I have been hired in to two companies through them. In retrospect I would suggest not only working with Advance, but I have observed that being proactive towards the job positions that you really want is the ideal~Advance is only the introduction and handshake, which they do very well.

If you do the work you can go far with this place but if you think they will keep you working when you complain all the time you will have problems. If you are working be glad you could be getting homeless wages!!

This company is a complete and utter joke. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. They are rude, dont care about you, and will fire you at the drop of a dime. On top of that they make you do slave labor for EXTREMELY low wages. They are rude, umprofessional and will always threaten to fire you for the smallest things.
