Very helpful on phone. Ordered a PMD and remote kit for my truck in Fairbanks. Paid for overnight to Fairbanks on Wednesday, didn't show up Friday. Called on Monday, owner, Jeff, had lost my paperwork with home address, phone number and ALL credit card info on it. Re-ordered part. No offer made to provide free shipping or a break on the parts.
