Very satisifed with the advice and the gutters that they made and installed. We actually removed Gutter helmet because these products do not work in the NW ( due to fir & hemlock needles that constantly collect on the top of the guards). They suggested we install larger gutter and downspouts and then fashioned inexpensive "clean-outs" at the bottom of each downspout that make it easier to keep the downspouts from clogging. THIS IS THE 3RD NOTICE THAT YOU'VE SENT TO ME FOR RATINGS. PLEASE BE MORE PATIENT. THE JOB IS NOT YET DONE. I'M STILL GETTING BIDS FROM OTHER CONTRACTORS TO SEE IF THEY OFFER THE SAME QUALITY OF WORK BUT AT A CHEAPER PRICE. I AM ON A FIXED INCOME AND THE BID GIVEN BY ADVANCED GUTTERS SEEMS A LITTLE HIGH FOR ME. I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETED, AND IF IT WAS DONE BY A COMPANY YOU RECOMMENDED.

Excellent service. The rep responded to my service magic request early the next morning. We scheduled a service visit for that same day. The service man arrived on time. I had two gutters that needed to be reangled, as they were leaking water from the wrong ends. He repaired both of them, discovered a leak on one and sealed it up too. He finished the repairs in under an hour. The price was reasonable to me, and I am happy with my gutter repair experience.
Steve was very responsive and the guys who installed the gutters were great.
Steve seemed very knowledgable and quoted us a fair price. We have not yet moved forward with this project because we are a condomium association, but when we do, we plan to have Steve do the work.
Steve was very professional and helpful. He and his staff tackled a difficult job with skill and I'm very pleased with their effort. I would definitely recommend him to others with similar problems.
