Advance Cleaning showed up within 30 minutes of my call for a newly constructed commercial building restroom flood. They vacuumed up more than 250 gallons of water in multiple rooms and hallways. Place dryers and humidifiers in strategic locations to dry the new flooring. Checked all affected walls for damage and remained onsite for the duration of the clean up. Very pleased with their services.
We have used Advanced cleaning in previous years to clean our dryer vents. We had it done again yesterday and My mother who was there during the time said the Ryan and the other technician who was with him we're extremely polite, helpful, and hooked the dryer back up to the vent when finished. The Customer service was great, I was able to pay for the transaction over the phone. We will definitely continue using Advance in the future.
From the very start Rose was an angel to deal with. I can't remember working with such a genuinely sweet person. The owner was just the same, took the time to talk over my rather strange project. Turn around was a lot quicker than they originally said, project turned out fantastic, price was very reasonable. I would, without hesitation use them for any other issues that I may have.
