The folks here are great. We had a very odd project, and they came up with a very cheap solution. They stayed late on a Friday to help us out.
Working for this company for a short time was a nightmare. The owner of the company was harassing me every day on my physical looks. They only pay any of their employees the lower basic wage they have too but pay the salesman a huge salary for doing absolutely nothing to sale anything for this company. This company is a huge write off.
Our company has ordered casters from Advance Caster multiple times and we've never had any issues. I personally placed my first order with them yesterday and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Customer service was great. When I requested extra information regarding dimensions, they went above and beyond to provide what I asked. I would recommend this company to anyone!
