Amazing employees that will chase you down in the parking lot at closing time to make sure you get the answers you need. Seriously, I walked inside, saw the only employee that was working was busy in the warehouse so I left after looking around for a minute. I bought some laminate wood flooring from Rhonda and I was blown away by her level of customer service! She was very helpful with picking the right material and color and I’m thrilled! Thank you Rhonda :)
We have used them a year ago for flooring in our finished basement. Just recently we had all our bedrooms and stairs done. We LOVE the new flooring. Their customer service is exceptional and the installers were fantastic too!
