Fantastic fast service. I purchased a used Voigtlander Nokton 50mm 1.5 Asph from Glass Key Photo last year. A few weeks back, the focusing barrel became extremely rough and at times, would not focus. I could also hear a rattling sound when I shook the lens. So then, I brought the lens to Glass Key and their technician said he wasn't able to access whatever was causing the blockage citing Voigtlander/ Cosina had a proprietary tool used to access whatever part of the lens that was causing the issue. Don't be put-off by the work-from-home exterior, this is a true experienced pro! I called with a broken lens and he knew exactly what the issue was before I even explained it. My lens was fixed very quickly and looks like new for a completely reasonable price. I'll go here with any camera issues in the future. Thank you!
