I did not receive a professional experience while getting an estimate.
We had our cloth awnings replaced by Advanced Awning. We had the frames, the old awnings were very beat up. Advanced Awnings took the frames and put new material on them. They turned out beautifully. Everyone was very professional and courteous. All appointments were in a timely manner. They were a joy to deal with. This isn’t the best photo but the only one I could get in the rain that day. Very very happy with them!
I must give a 5 star review in regards to Advanced Awnings. I was neglected by another company. I made a call to Advanced Awnings, not only were they willing to listen they begin to figure out how they could assist me. They sent professional staff to my home, did an assessment and immediately informed me that they would be happy to provide their services. I had somewhat of an unusual problem. Advanced Awnings solved my issue, hung my awnings and did an immaculate job. Thanks so much!!
