very honest, and quick service – I have been dealing with Advanced automotive for years. I never hesitate to refer my friends there knowing they will be treated fairly! they fix cars! and do not just guess whats wrong with them by throwing parts at them! go see Q, he is a great person, and knows what he is doing!
Bad service, dishonest Not a good experience. They treated us like crap, jacked up the original estimate repeatedly and had to keep going back to get them to fix the problem properly, which they still haven't. Ongoing nightmare, and they kept asking for more money to continue to 'troubleshoot' the problem and keep trying different things that don't solve the problem. Very rude. Will tell everyone I know not to go there.
Great services! Yes there very friendly and professional as Technicians. They could do all work, with a reasonable charge. The owner Ted is very customer oriented, that he won't sell something, or make repairs you don't need, understand how hard the economy is, and if any complaints, he will take care of you. The Techs I had was 'Big head' aka Tom and the "Latin" aka Lam checked and adjusted my AWD EVO...free, I tried to pay them, but they say 'didn't do much'...30 mins later. Great people This place is great. Had an emergency repair about 6 pm on a Saturday. Pulled in here by accident and they just happened to be hanging out. Talked to them for a couple of minutes and then they helped fix my truck right on the spot. Great service.
