The owners of the shop are very unorganized. I was told to come in and have my transmission pan replaced. I sat on their property for hours, for someone other than Shawn and Andy (owners) to tell me that my car wasn’t going to be worked on. It’s bad for business when you guarantee something and it doesn’t get done. They need to do a better job of managing their time and work.
AAP put my car back to its original condition after I was broadsided. They worked on my behalf to advocate with the insurance company. I was extremely happy with their service and the work done on my vehicle
My brand new vehicle was hit. Fortunately, it was repairable. AAP did a fantastic job my car looks New again!
