I would like to shout out Carly. Not sure if I spelled that right. That girl went above n beyond for me when my battery died. I had to walk a mile down the road to this store hoping to find a way to jump my car and she did more than that. Had her boyfriend come out and help me also, took time out of their day to help me out. Love love love these people for saving my ass.
Rick was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and really seemed like he genuinely cared about helping me figure out what I needed. He was patient, kind, and definitely knew what he was talking about. I really appreciated him taking the time to help instead of making me feel rushed or confused. Great customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Rick!
Rick at Advance Auto went above and beyond. I walked in after having my battery die on me at the end of my work-shift and Rick, replaced my battery, and addressed a few other issues I had concerning my vehicle, he was patient and kind, he made my experience very pleasant and quick! Thank you so much Rick for going above and beyond.
