Every time I have gone to this advance they have gotten the parts wrong. When I exchanged them almost got it wrong again. Then they tried to upcharge me.
My alternator died over 200 miles from home on Sunday. The crew at Advanced Auto Parts were able to conclude what the issue was (I had no idea), charge my battery, and even called up one of their off duty employees who swapped out the alternator right in the parking lot in less than an hour for $50. The guy took maybe 2 seconds to look at what he needed to do and immediately started taking parts out to get to the prize.
